    I am going to apply for the third time to the MECP program. I am enlisted and have a BA in Communication (before Navy). My application lacks EP evals and volunteering. I have only been in 2 years and I am in Spec Ops program for LCACs and not yet a technical expert. I will volunteer but Im pretty sure Ill just get another MP. I need a really strong statement, and something else to maybe balance out the MP. Any suggestions?
