I ordered my uniform at the store. They are really helpful and very up on exactly what we need and the choices we have. We only need one lab coat--it is up to us if it is long or short. They will put your name on it and it takes a few weeks so you should order soon.

Hi Laursy, I am commuting from Bucks County on the train for an hour on class days and driving about the same on clinical days. I am "older" (not that old, thank you very much) and have a family so I can't just move to Philly by myself. I do have some friends in Philly who have invited me to stay when I need to and on crazy clinical days when I have to check patients the night before I will probably do that. Hi Cathy, You confirm what I already suspected--and thank you for all of the detail. I am scared but I am going to do it anyway. It is only 11 months of my life--right? Hi Everyone, If you are in the Drexel ACE program now or if you have been through it, would you please contact me because I am having a lot of anxiety about starting there in September. For the list, do you have any advice out there for people like me who have three kids, a dog, a cat, a husband, and live far away in the burbs? I am especially worried about driving all over creation for the clinicals--with gas at $4.00 a gallon and apparently they want you to go to the hospital the night before to check on the next day's patients! Is this as insane as it sounds? Help!
