Where do you live that you have an OT law? I've never heard of such a thing? We get time and a half for all OT, but did you mean it's restricted in someway?

Has anyone taken a CNA II class? What does it entail? How was it? Does it help you any if going into the RN program? (I'm in NC) Heather M

I'm in NC. I took the CNA I class at my community college over this past summer. It was a 12 week class, Fridays and Saturdays. We did 6 weeks of class/lab, and 6 weeks of clinicals (3 weeks each at a hospital and a LTC facility.) It totaled like 160...

I am in NC and just am about done with my summer weekend CNA class. It is 160 hours. We met on Friday 8-5 and Saturday 8-12 when we did classroom, and then for clincals, it was 8-5 both days. It's a 12 week class. I love it because I can still work 4...
