   Obviously the person who provided this response has never worked with inmates! They are probably amoung the most difficult to 'make happy!'

   I tried the Grey's Anotomy brand, and they were much too big. The XS was more like a medium in some of the other brands. I like the feel of the material, but they just looked terrible! I agree Barco tends to run small and they even have a 'juniors...

   I know you didn't want to internet shop...but you should try http://shop.scrubsonsale.com/category.sc?categoryId=21 They sell Xsmall scrubs in standard boring colors for $1.99 per peice. For that price, it's worth a try!
