  1. hospitals are going to always need nurses, i just really hope this "recession" doesn't get deep enough to really hurt budgets in Local and state hospitals
  2. It must be awesome having 2 parents to ask questions too and concerns at anytime you need. After all that's what parents are for anyway, but you have a heads-up on everything! lucky :)
  3. I'm in your position, except I have already changed directions and am no longer pursing a business degree. Having already been series7 licensed and working as a Broker in a large firm dealing with the investments market, I was looking for a change and am looking to get into my local community colleges nursing program. I am finishing up my last prereq (taking it over for a better grade), and praying for the best. Good luck to you as well.
  4. no worries man, from what I hear, Male nurses are loved by all on every floor. Male nurses at some points are at an advantage. Women love men, and patients sometimes like the diversity. I think you are going to be very successful. Good luck!
