  1. Hiring Nurses...help?

    Howdy everyone I'm new to the forum, but I have a specific question, probably answered easy enough. I supposedly have a job lined up at an elder care facility that is opening later this year or in 2009 sometime. In addition to nursing duties I'd taking over some administrative tasks as well until they can build a better team. One of the troubles I'm having is finding appropriate hiring mechanisms. Like most new facilities they have cash flow problems, but I know there are several communities out there where you can post jobs for a low fee. Seems like a lot of nurses are looking for work. Are there any specific to nurses that you'd recommend? Any success stories from nursingjobs, for example?
