Dear Silverdragon102, Thanks! I guess since I signed my contract already I ain't got a choice really but to apply in Canada as a contract worker at least and wait for the forthcoming packets instead. Might as well try it..

to whom it may concern: May I refer a situation? My US immigrant petition was recently approved and I'm still on my packet 2; my agency told me that I can work anywhere I want as long as I won't apply as an immigrant; I am tempted to grab a cousin's offer for an immigration to Canada complete with job and a faster deployment. Practically, my choice is Canada since my cousin is near me & the time element is better plus I could easily get my family with me but I guess I'd be legally liable if I'll do that. Sigh!! I really dunno what to do I'm confused?

Hello! Is it ok if I continue with my visa screening application though there's a ongoing retrogression? I would just like to be enlightened; I initiated my vs application in ICHP because my IELTS' expiry date is fast approaching; Also because the agency kept arguing with me, that'll it be on the following year (though they counter-checked that I am correct) still; they refused to pay for it (Reason- I initiated the application). I am lost. I don't know what to do; If in case I paid for it( At present situation) Will it be useful? Or am I just throwing my money away? Please Help!....! Thanks.
