  1. thanks ladies! i appreciate the feedback! i may just get both, who knows? yeah, i like having my own home library of textbooks to supplement with. basically, i'm reading the tcn book (why not? i paid $4000 for them..errr) along with the study guide of choice - then go back with the ec content guide to hit all the points along with textbooks. so far, it's been working for me. from what i hear though, nc3 is the toughest test in the bunch, so i think i might also do the practice tests as well!
  2. i used lisa arends' notes for micro and passed with an a, and i used sg101 for nc1 and passed that with an a (today -woot!!). i am not really sure which one i like better, so i wanted to know what everyone else thought, as i am getting ready to tackle nc3. i am also using tcn (can't believe i got suckered in by them, but oh well....i'm still using the books) and various other fundamentals, med-surg, peds, etc...books i have in my home library. thanks for the input!! :redpinkhe
