  1. Hi Everyone! After months and months of sending out resumes and applications, I've been asked to go on a 2nd interview for a Med/Surg unit at a busy hospital. The 1st interview went very well, according to HR. I'm so, so nervous and anxious about this position. I want to show how badly I want the position (and I do!) and need to make the best impression possible. I'm wondering if anyone has ever been a part of a Peer Interview...what should I expect? What kind of questions will I be asked/what questions should I ask in return? I'm basically willing to do ANYTHING to get this job. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!!!
  2. Hi Amy, Did you end up getting this position? I interviewed at RBMC recently and am supposed to be going for a 2nd "peer interview" on a med/surg unit...the whole process is taking very long and i'm getting nervous. Any tips?
