Yes, I am trying to make a list of the medications and the labs related to the medication. I understand that the MD orders the lab, but in LTC is lab tends to get overlooked at times. Ex. Coumadin --> PT/PTT, Lasix --> Lytes, etc,. Any more help would be appreciated. Thank You, :nurse::nurse:

please tell your uncle that the name is the least important aspect of the place- he should be racking his brains out on the more important aspects of the place- hiring warm, competent staff, creating the proper environment etc, i don;t care if he names it after himself- a rose by any other name... a places reputation is more important and that begins with the head. i am not going to address the above comment, except to say, "don't you think he knows all of the above???" and; people like you are one reason people do not like to ask certain questions on these boards. to the rest that assisted!! these are some great names!! we are still racking our brains!! we are in a small town in arkansas.
