Hi, im graduating from Truman this week, just passed the HESI and I'd have to say that it was a very tough program but I think Truman has the highest % of students passing NCLEX like 99.5%? And yes Mrs. Zimmerman is still there and our class only had her the last semester and I would have to say she is definitely my favorite teacher.

hi i also took the hesi test and recommend studying fundamentals and doin the hesi cd and hesi practest and read all rationales, take your time and if you get stuck on a few questions..snap yourself out of it and remember you know this stuff! As for what i did to prepare besides hesi, i used the new saunders and nclex 4000 as well, but when you take it near the retake focus on hesi and their material, also don't let the scores from the hesi cd and practest get to you, my average on those cds was 60-70s and the questions were alot harder but do them all because i saw about 4-5 questions used from the hesi...you might not think it counts but every question counts! and the questions i saw were also the ones i had gotten wrong on the hesi cd..after all that i scored a 994! so good luck!

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and I just took HESI TODAY!..We were required to pass with a minimum of 870, i used the hesi CD and the Practest...i recommend using those because I saw about 5 or 6 questions that were word for word the same on HESI, i had to take hesi exam halfway through and i only scored a 773, so up until today I was pretty much in V-TACH!, needless to say i scored a 994! and i only got 60-70% on the HESI CDs and Practest, most of the questions are actually common sense, so don't think to much into the question, and I felt is was based primarily on fundamentals! good luck to everyone, im gonna go party now!!!
