Watts and MOC do not charge more for out of state, I was a California resident when I moved back to NC and started Watts. Watts and MOC are considered private institutions, not state supported so everyone pays the same thing.

You tuition for Watts and for MOC will not differ from residents, they are both private programs and not state schools so you won't pay more than NC natives.
