I have a question about Davita dialysis center. I am graduating with BSN in August and my acquaintance who works there is trying to convince me to come and work with them. I asked her about the salary ,and she said its less than in a hospital, but she would not tell me how much. I also heard their benefits are not that good. They seem really eager for me to come and work there, and said they are willing to wait for me for a few month, but they're pressuring me to make a long term commitment because they dont want to train me and have me leave later on. This seems fishy to me. Does anyone have experience with the Davita dialysis centers, and how much do they usually pay to start, and how good are their benefits?
