I need some help with nursing diagnosis' for Apnea of prematurity and periventricular leukomalacia... for apnea i have: Breathing pattern, ineffective Impaired gas exchange Ineffective tissue perfusion r/t lack of oxygen I know there are more but i just can't think of any... for PVL i have: Ineffective tissue perfusion Delayed growth and development r/t effects of physical disability Disturbed sensory perception: visual I am not very familiar with this diagnosis and, again, I am having trouble coming up with more nursing diagnosis' Thanks for your help!

Hello! I need some help thinking up nursing diagnosis' for the following: Anencephaly, Microcephaly, Encephalocele, Meningitis, PVL and Apnea...i have the common ones but, never having worked with most of these conditions, I don't think my list is complete...for those of you who have worked with these infants if you could give me some feedback it would be much appreciated!
