I want to encourage you guys that the number of the exam is not important at all. I took the test last week, spent 6 hours in the test room, and I was the last one in the test center. I got 265 questions with 12-15 SATA , 15 Calculations, tons prioritizes... almost questions are about med & surg, rare OB or Ped. I just checked result yesterday....and it said "PASS":yeah: So, don't give up if you got 265 questions, you still have a chance.

Hey there, I just checked the quick result, and the status showed "PASS". I was shocked, so it really mean I pass???? I expected to see more detail on the quick result, but it just said PASS... Anyone assure me that the result is real as it shows. Thanks God...

Thank you for your replies. Nevada board does have a quick result for nclex rn, but i'm to scared to check it because i'm quite sure that i failed!!!!!!! So..........sadddddd:(

I just took the nclex two days ago, I'm so stressed out. I was wondering anyone ever check the result from Nevada board? How long does it take to show your result on the board website? Thanks
