hello everyone !!! PD is Aug 26, 2005, scheduled by nvc for interview @ us embassy mla. last july 19, 2011, did no push through with the interview coz of expired visascreen, but already applied for renewal of VSC , passed the ielts taken last june 11,2011. i thought my problem is only the VSC . we were sent by our employer our contract of employment , offer of employment and to our great surprise it also has a document stating that FROM our petitioner we are transferred to another facility(petitioner) , the letter states" THIS LETTER REQUEST THE ASSIGNMENT OF ---------------- FROM ----------------- DUE TO CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP SINCE THE ORIGINAL PETITION DATE. WE WOULD LIKE TO RE-ASSIGN HER TO------------------- SINCE THIS FACILITY HAS PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAM SINCE 2000. IT HAS THE FINANCIAL STRENGHT AND CAPACITY TO SUPPORT------------ EMPLOYMENT. my friend who are with the same case as mine, went for interview last week, she was not able to get through with her interview the consul told her that the original petitioner should be the one who will petitioned her. my friend already emailed our employer and we are waiting for her reply. is our case abandoned by petitioner? is there hope in our case? advice and comments will be greatly honored and appreciated, many thanks:crying2::crying2:

hello everyone!!! Pd August 26, 2005 scheduled for interview on july 19,2011, but re-scheduled due to expired visascreen. Gratefully to God passed the ielts exam last june 11 applied for renewal of VSC and waiting for the certificate as of this time. i"m planning to have my VSC process thru expedite service with a fee of $500. although its a big amt but i'm contemplating to do it, waited for sooooooooooo long already, i'm afraid that retrogression will catch up on me again...God forbid!

Good day to all, I heard from our agencie's coordinator that DS230 forms and other requirements are to be updated every 6 months. I just want to ask if anyone knew of this ? I hope and pray NOT! Its very hard and expensive to accomplish all the forms and sent it , let alone every 6 mos. More so with my case I have 3 dependents, my 2 kids and my husband who is a seaman which i had a hard time getting all his papers done when he is on board the ship .That is why I am worried and apprehensive if this is true. hello my fellow nurses, i just want 2 encourage everyone who are waiting for soooo looong just lyk me. god has an appointed time to answer our prayers and to bring our dreams to pass . because we dont understand gods timing, we live upset and frustrated , we can relax that god is in control and at the perfect time, he is going to make it happen . the answer will come, and it will be right on time. :flwrhrts: pd aug. 2005 doc. qualified 06-2008

Hi 2 all! My 4 friends and I have the same PD August 2005, we are in the same agency. We have been waiting 4 so long but no light in the end of the tunnel yet, but we are still hoping and praying that someday we will be in the USA someday with our families. Our employer are assuring us that everythings ok with our papers but due 2 retrogression there are no visas available for us. Here in Bacolod City theres lots of nurses with PDs of 2005 in different agencies. We submitted already 3 DS230 since 2006 and already documentary qualified 4 the 3rd time.

god loves us dearly :redbeathe and he will grant our prayers at his perfect time. our dreams will someday become a reality, just keep on hoping and praying my fellow nurses:nurse: pd august 2005

Many thanks Leis23, another thing do we have to submit a Police Clearance along with NBI? Coz previously I had submited NBI certificate only. Our coordinator here in Bacolod City told us that we have to submit both, but is Police Clearance necessary? Did you submit Police Clearance and NBI also? Thank you Godbless.

Hi to all! I have a problem with regards to the DS230 of my husband who is a seaman & is on board the cargo ship right now. He sent me a DS230 form with just his signature and not filled up because of time constrained he just gave the form to the outgoing crew. My question is can I fill it up myself with of course my handwriting? I really pray you could help me . I dont know if what port they will be the next time they dock and it could be impossible to reach my husband if it is an inconvenient port. I am so anxious coz I know it could delay my papers to be reviewed by NVC , this will be the 3rd time I will submit our updated DS230 and he is included in the original DS230. My PD is August 2005.

Hi suzanne, my husband is in the original ds230 which was filed on October 2006 and also on july 2007 update of our Ds230.

Hi Suzanne, yes he is in the original Ds230 form which we passed on October 2006 & an update DS230 which we passed on July 2007 respectively.

Good day to everyone:nuke:, i have a PD of August 26, 2005, NVC is asking for an updated DS230 and all the requirements that goes with it. But I will send it next week because I am still waiting for my husband's ds230 which I sent to him in the ship ( he is a seaman ). There are still a lot of PD's of 2005 which are still on the process of completing their papers inorder to send to NVC. I just pray that we will not run out of visas when we will have our interview. Hello everyone:redbeathe:redbeathe:redbeathe I am new here in this site. My PD is August ,2005, I emailed NVC and they replied that they are waiting for my DS230. I have not submitted it and all the other requirements because our employer has not contacted us yet to do so. But we (all my co-applicants that have the same PD as me) had all the requirements prepared and ready to be mailed. Been contacting our employer but cant get through with them yet. But I guess everthing has a perfect time, we will just keep on contacting them until we have the go signal to submit all the requirements. Godbless us all:nuke:
