I won't know until July 1st which books they are using. They are using new ones this upcoming semester for the new students. I really appreciate all of you guys help. I got myself some post-it notes, highlighters, planner, 3 ring binder, and some folders. I am also going to check into getting a nursing careplan book. Thanks again.

I have several friends that are new students too and I am going to highly recommend this site to them. To cnaonherway, I am in Boone Co. WV and will be attending school in Logan Co. with clinicals in Logan and Mingo Counties. Thanks again to everyone for the information. I am sure we'll have a lot to discuss over the next few years.

I was recently accepted to nursing school, which starts in the fall of '03, and I'm really nervous about how hard the classes are really going to be. I have all of my pre-reqs out of the way and just have nursing classes to focus on. First semester I have NU100 Essentials of Nursing and Health Assesment and Communications. I know that these classes are named differently that what other schools have. If anyone has any info about any books, magazines, websites, etc. or any advice that may help me through my first semester, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
