good day! I just want to ask somebody to give a comment about my current situation right now. I am a nurse in the Philippines who is planning to work as a nurse in U.S. I already pass the nclex and ielts, I do also have a direct employer from U.S. now, but based on what I've read about visa bulletin, retrogression is still in place and i will took you more than 5 years to go there. Right now I do also have a girlfriend who is a GREENCARD HOLDER and we are planning to get marry on december, she also have a plan to petition me as her husband. Now here is the question, which is better among the 2?the petion for Employement BASED visa or the Family Based VISA?

thank you silverdragon for the advice, you have a point there. To brent,I'm also considering other countries as an option but before going over to there process of becoming a nurse, I still want to finish all necessary papers in US so if retrogression will lift up, my papers are already in line.

Yes I know that silverdragon, but my only worry is I may not be able to find a hospital that will sponsor me. I heard from my friends that there are some agencies offering all services from taking nclex to immigration process including sponsorship of the hospitals. Please do advise me regarding this. And one more thing silverdragon, I already finished nclex, please also give me a friendly advice on what step to do next so I won't waste time.:wink2:
