  1. I have just signed my contract to Fresenius Medical Care here in the Philippines. They will train us to be renal nurses for 6 months. The trainors will be coming from America, Australia and here locally. We will also receive a reasonable salary while on training. They told us that they might send us to their different locations either here in the Philippines or abroad. The condition is we have to be tied up to them for 2 years. If we will resign, we have to pay the worth of the training that they have given to us which is 96,000 php (it's a sort of a bond). I decided to sign the contract because of the lack of available work in the hospitals. My question is, is a dialysis nurse in the U.S a good oppurtunity to allow me to grow in the nursing field? I'm afraid that when I apply to the U.S hospitals, my application will not be given much attention compared to those who worked in the tertiary hospitals. Thank you for your time and more power!
