  1. I'm sorry to hear that, but there's always that chance that some applicants will decide not to attend in winter. I haven't received any information regarding what books we need, but they sent an estimate of the cost of supplies, books, and classes broken down into each term. As far as supplies, they've said just basic stuff right now (i.e. stethoscope, ID badge, uniform, etc). I'm sure we'll find out more later. For the uniform it says for a white scrub top, navy blue scrub pants and a white lab coat. Oh and I believe I read somewhere in the packet that the scrubs are supposed to be Cherokee or Landau (sp?) brand. Hope to see you in classes as well! Sure I'll be seeing you around though.
  2. Congratulations! I am starting Clark's program in Winter as well. I am very excited! I've all ready started my checklist and am awaiting orientation to find out more!
  3. Hi everyone. I just got a job in the surgery department in a local hospital as a CNA and was wondering what to expect during a typical shift? I will be working the evening shift. I currently work in a skilled nursing facility and am very excited for this new job! Thanks
  4. I passed my CNA exam today!! I was super nervous especially since I got the one skill I really didn't want. I start my job as a CNA Thurs!
