    Hi, I just graduated in December from a ADN program in December and right now I only have my provisional license, and my state requires I pass the nclex and work 120 hours before I get my full licensure. My questions is when applying for jobs, I see a lot of the job requirements say that active licenses are required, so is my provisional license a active license, or am I immediately disqualified from these jobs. Thanks!!
