University of Rochester Accelerated Nursing Program - ABPNN
it is possible. some people in my cohort did this. all you have to do is talk to the counselor and explain that you really need to get it done quick. i think you will also need to talk to the professor to see if they are ok with it. it is going to be tough having 2 a&p classes at once but if you think you can do it, i say go for it.

working as a CNA while in nursing school
Hi all! I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right forum so I apologize in advice but I would like some advice. After reading the threads on how hard it is to find jobs after graduating, I have decided to look for a CNA job to get my foot in the door. So far, I only found one job that is per diem, which is perfect for me. My question is, should I include in my resume that I'm attending nursing school? I don't know if hiring managers will use that information against me and won't even consider me since they know I won't be there there long term. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I'm a current student at the san mateo campus. Feel free to message me with any questions you may have. I haven't looked through the whole thread but for those offered a spot in the san mateo cohort, take it! The staff at this campus is wonderful.

for the San Mateo fb group, please try searching Samuel Merritt Spring 2012 San Mateo. I didn't search for the group since my friend added me before I was even accepted so I don't know if typing that in the search bar will bring up the group.

since you got into San Mateo, I think you can send in a request to change campuses. I know a few people that got into SF Fall 2011 and asked to change to the San Mateo campus for Spring 2012 and their requests got approved. It is worth a try especially since you'll be relocating I think they'll understand.

My friend also didn't get any emails when she applied for the fall. I think you should email/call them just to make sure since they seem a little unorganized.
