Dear suzanne4 I am not speaking with your about Agencies I am speaking about big Hospitals,A contract for a direct hire Tulsa hospital (Hillcrest Medical Center) Or Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit MI What motivate big hospitals (not Agencies) to invest and to look for nurses two big hospitals are more than ready to be my petitioners. why???

our moderators here are very pessimistic about green card due to retrogression! can somebody explain why a huge number of sponsors are more than ready to apply a petition for nurses? sponsors invest a lot of money, so what they expect to get in return? what logic stands behind that? i just started to look for a good contract and i have already 5 of them. thank you in advance

In you last response i did not understand this paragraph. thank you very much for your rapid replay and sorry for not knowing where to put my question- i am new here. my be i did not explained myself properly before. my question is: before making a decision who is my sponsor i will read a particular contract and only when i will decide who will be my sponsor and who will apply a petition for me. next month i will have 3 job interviews with different employers and each one of them is ready to become my sponsors. these employers will offer me contracts and therefore i am asking what are the common parts of american contract (for nurses). what are common benefits that nurses have from their employer.(for example health insurance? housing?). how can i evaluate contract besides the amount of money they offer me. 1)what are usual(reasonable) differential pay for evening night and holyday shifts in america?what is usual on call differential? 2)is it usual that my sponsor will pay fees and costs associated for my family members' visa petition and immigration proceeding and flight to the us for my family members? 3) fanential assistance with kindergerden-is it common? 4) is it common to have recruitment incentive agreement in the us? thank you in advance
