    Thank you both for responding, I am a new graduate and decided that there is now way I should be in a solo practice. This setting does very few cases and many are basic bread and butter cases, however we all know that at anytime the *@#! could hit the fan even in "basic" cases. Therefore I turned down the ijob offer after I interviewed. I recognized that I need to have experience under my belt first and foremost. Thank you both again.

    I am interviewing for a solo practice and wondering if anyone has advice. What questions are a must to ask during the interview? Any advice from anyone who has been the sole provider in a small rural hospital setting?
