  1. Thank you for your reply; however I do not think we can home grow the right person at this time. I do all of the outside Marketing and it has amazed me the number of RN's I have talked to and NONE of them want to do HHC. Of course, the Liaison position is not going on home visits, it would be a fixed position within a Hospital setting. An absolutely awesome position. I am just baffled that it has been difficult to find the right fit. There are 2 websites that I know of that anyone can view resumes of individuals looking for positions; do you know of any more that I have perhaps missed?
  2. I am not a recruiter! I work for a HHC agency and love it!! We have been on the search for a great RN Liaison, an RN with HHC experience and it has been a bear trying to find the right fit. The company is actually looking for several in a few different areas in KY and OH. Any feedback would be great as to where to find resumes of RN's that are seeking employment.
  3. Wondering which Home Health Agency is the best one to work for in a sales/marketing capacity. Beating the pavement for referrals/admissions? Obviously there are many local HHA in each person's location, however speaking on a National level with a HHA that has MANY locations through out the US. Which one's treat their employees the best? Benefits? Management style? Training? Thank you for any information anyone may be able to offer.:heartbeat:bowingpur
