    hi everyone! im still confused in which state i will apply for my nclex. ive heard that its faster in vermont and that i can apply for license by endorsement if i decided to move in other state. i have relatives in california but ive read in other forums that its not that easy because they required ssn. i dnt know anyone in vermont. i mean lets say that i already passed my nclex, how can i go there? - in vermont. i dnt know any agencies at all. what will i do? are there any training programs in vermont that i can possibly apply for? pls help. tnx a lot!
