  1. Best place for RN graduate?

    Hello, I am a nursing student in my last semester of an ADN program. I have been a CST for 7 years and I will be taking a job in the OR as an OR nurse. I love the OR is has been the best job I have ever had or could ask for. But it was time to move up so volia RN school. One thing that I worry about is losing a lot of the great skills I have learned in nursing school. So what area of nursing is going to benefit the graduate nurse the most all the while making a confident and competent nurse?

    Hello, I am in my last semester of an ADN nursing program. I had a question pertaining to floor nursing. What is the reason behind the high turnover rates for floor nurses. Is it job difficulty, leadership, lack of satisfaction, I wonder what the general consesus is.
