Greetings everyone, I have a friend who is a foreign graduate and is applying for the nclex examination in the state of CA. The BON is requiring documents from her that unfortunately have been lost and there are no copies considering the school only has paper documentations and nothing electronic. Is there anything that can be done or submitted in lieu of the missing documents? I believe the documents have something to do with clinical rounds/ requirements that have been completed per subject or topic. I'm not entirely sure but I'll confirm. The school has certified that all clinical credits or requirements have been completed but I guess the CA BON needs the individual signed forms of each clinical course or something like that. Please advise. Thank you very much. :)
