I'm a student taking a human service course in case management and need a brief field experience to further my learning. Interview two case managers. Interview one from the health field (hospital or such) and one from the human services field (rehab, social services, welfare). These interviews should not take more than 45 minutes to an hour each. Do you feel that there can be improvements in your field of work that can make you more effective? 9. What is an average day like as a Case Manager? 10.
