  1. I'm a student taking a human service course in case management and need a brief field experience to further my learning. Interview two case managers. Interview one from the health field (hospital or such) and one from the human services field (rehab, social services, welfare). These interviews should not take more than 45 minutes to an hour each. Concentrate on the case manager and case management within the organization. Be sure to ask them what their average day is like. 1. What was your reason for choosing Case Management as a career? 2. What degree did you obtain in the Human Services field that qualified you getting a job in Case Management? 3. What is the Mission statement for you organization? 4. What population do you mostly deal with and what is your organizations primary focus? 5. How difficult can it be in your line of work? 6. Are there moments that you have with your clients where you feel that you have a success story in the making? 7. Do you have to continually further your education in the Case Management field to keep up with changes in society? 8. Do you feel that there can be improvements in your field of work that can make you more effective? 9. What is an average day like as a Case Manager? 10. Are there times where Government policy and laws hinders your work in helping your client? if there are two case managers out there can you please answer my questions truthfully:specs::heartbeat
