  1. I am a new student that wants to be a nurse

    purplehead20042004 posted a topic in Nursing Career
    Iam Starting Patient Care assistant training at Maric College here in San Diego.But I saw that I would be working in retirement homes and jobs that i dont think would make me want to stay there. I want to help patients and make people feel better when they go to the hostpital or clinic. I dont know any one in the nursing field , and Iam the only one in my family going for this. is there any one that can give me any suggestions. I dont want to throw my self to a field that is not the right one i want .
