  1. New Grad RN- may have to change jobs in 6m

    Hi all, This is my first post. I just graduated in Jan 2008 and hope to take the NCLEX towards the end of Feb and have a job lined up beginning in mid March. I recently found out that I may have to move come September of this year due to a family issue. It will probably be out of state. what should I do? How bad it is to move before you have dedicated on year to your place of work? can the hospital keep you from leaving? I haven't signed anything yet, just an oral ok that I wanted the job.
