Whoa. I didn't check this forum for a couple of weeks and wow. Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting to meet ETP alumni at the event in a couple of weeks. I'm sure that it will be much better to hear their experiences in person instead of hearing negative things from someone behind an anonymous screen name. Just one more week and a day until the program starts! Looking forward to meeting you all!

Hey everyone! I was on the waitlist and just got my acceptance letter today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to have to scramble to get all my stuff together before school starts, but I am soo excited! I'm relocating from California, so this is a big move for me. I have so many questions! If someone would be awesome enough to get in touch with me so I can get in on all of this that would be so nice! I'm going to go over and join the facebook group now. Also, I didn't get any housing info so I'm guessing I'm all on my own there. Anyone looking for a roomate? :)

Hey everyone! I'm also an applicant for NYU's 15-month accelerated program this fall. I spoke to someone in admissions last week and was told that applications have not even been reviewed yet and notifications will be sent late May or early June. So, let's not hold our breaths, right? Well, best of luck to you all! I'm going to keep busy with phys and microbio, which I'm taking now :)

Hello, I'm one of the waitlisted people over here in limbo. Been following the thread "just in case". Hopefully, there will be a spot for me this year otherwise, I will be reapplying next year. Anyway! I was just a little shocked about the whole pelvic exam deal! That's really uncomfortable. Sounds like after shelling out so much money, nursing students should be able to have volunteers for this. Interesting issue. Well, best of luck to everyone! Anyone else waitlisted?? Any info from previous waitlisted people?

Yikes Sorry to hear about the bad experiences you guys have been having with the financial aid office. I can't believe Oscar said they don't offer scholarships! I went to one of the info sessions last year and they made it clear that pretty much everyone would be getting that 30,000 scholarship. Hmm. Well, another day of waiting for the mail for me. It would be nice to get my admission/rejection letter today. One can only hope... I'm worn out from all the stressing out I did last week.

Nothing in the mail again today. Anyone else still not get anything in Cali????

Aww, sorry Asherah. I'm on the same boat here. There's no telling when. I've heard the letters have gone out on Monday then Tuesday then Wednesday... then someone got their financial aid award before their letter. What a mess! Well, all we can do is hang in there and try to stay occupied with other stuff. Yeah, right. Who am I kidding? :icon_roll

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has been accepted so far! I'm in California also and I'm getting quite frustrated because I have not received my letter yet!! It's especially nerve wrecking since others in California have received theirs. This is torture! I just checked my mail and NOTHING! I called the admissions office and they told me letters were mailed out Monday or Tuesday.

CONGRATULATIONS Joey! There you go, proof that NOT only the people who got the "glitch" email were accepted. Phew! I think we should be getting our letters no later than Friday over here on the West Coast! Hang in there everyone!

Yeah, I just called and left a message. No reply yet, but I guess they wont tell anyway since I didn't receive that email. No mail either
