  1. I feel your pain Stef82. I applied to Boston College as well as Columbia. Letters for that program were mailed out two weeks ago and the distance problem of living in California was compounded by a mailing problem. It never came. I called and they re-mailed my letter on Monday. I still today don't know if I got in there. Getting nervous that the same thing would happen with Columbia I called and found out they just mailed mine on Wednesday. Two weeks of anticipating the mail only to be disappointed is TORTURE! I feel like I'm in that movie Groudhog Day where he keeps reliving the same day over and over and over again. Will it ever end??? ***Vent*** Alas, it will end. I'm SURE you will get yours tomorrow! And mine will probably come by Monday. I just keep telling myself to do things that will take my mind off of it, which probably excludes coming on here, something that I have yet to be successful at. At least it is the weekend and time to have some fun! Good luck!
  2. I want to apologize to everyone for my moment of weakness and negativity over the email debacle! I hope it didn't over worry others of you out there. It was a relief to hear from those of you that didn't get an email but were accepted!:bowingpur This whole process is so nervewracking! I find myself over-analyzing everything, when really there is nothing to do but wait. Just to give everyone a heads up, I called yesterday to verify my mailing address and they said they had just mailed my letter the day before (Wednesday), so there may be some that were sent later than others. Not welcomed news I know, but at least you may not need to worry if it doesn't come as soon as expected. Congratulations to everyone who has heard the news! Good luck to those of us still waiting. I'm in California and I'll post as soon as it comes! I'm sure we will all be cheering by Monday! Happy Friday!!!
  3. Congratulations to everyone that got in!!!! For those of us who are still waiting, is anyone else starting to worry that the screwed up email is essentially the admissions ticket?
  4. Hey guys, I'm in California and still haven't gotten my letter yet. It seems like it should have come by now, right? Has anyone else not gotten theirs yet? Has anyone in California received it? I wonder if I should contact the school today, or wait till monday. I don't want to be impatient and I know its a long way from Boston to California, but its not Mars or anything. :icon_roll
