  1. Dear Anyone/Everyone, I took the NCLEX-RN today and it was an absolute Nightmare!!! I had a lot of OB, priority, and delegation questions (I'm thinking maybe I got a lot of OB wrong). I didn't have any EKG's, ABG's, or med calculations. My next to last question seemed very easy, something about what would be a great concern...I thought the obvious answer was diminishing wheezing. That freaked me out because it was easy. My next was about assessing an allergy. I really believe I got them both right... I left ready to cry, but now that I've calmed down I'm thinking maybe it was a positive that I got the last two right and then it shut off. I really have no clue!!!! Any wisdom would be GREATLY appreciated.
