  1. \= Hi, I am currently in Block 2 at MCCNP/BOSWELL. For me block 1 was more time consuming than hard. Once you get into the routine of studying and not falling behind, I think it's do-able. I had Critical thinking/process on Mondays (I forget how many hours.) But it's making care plans (nursing process) ADPIE (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implemention, evaluation) Thinking critically, Setting priorities, etc... Lots of stuff. I suggest you look ahead and maybe skim through the book, I had perry/potter. Pharmacology (Tues) was a disaster for me. It's all about the medications, dosage, side effects, how it absorbs in the body, peak, onset & duration times, Math. It's more memorizing, the problem is what to memorize. But I passed so like I said it's do-able. My little voice just keeps asking me "how bad do you want it?" Then there's Clinicals.(Thurs) You have to learn how to assess the pt and the proper procedures. This too is memorizition of the skills list and videos. I liked this one the most. Anyways like I said it's all in "HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT." It's do-able but hard work. Plus it's kinda fun learning new things. Pretty interesting. Now block 2, Idunno!!! It sounds overwhelming but stay tough and keep a positive attitude.
