  1. What is ones thoughts on malpractice insurance? Has any one needed to use it, How did they help, Avg. cost, does it vary by position you are in? Where would be the best place to purchse from?
  2. I don't know haven't got that far along in the process. I have spoken to several companies and they are the first ones who had several LTC facilities or positions to offer. I have never worked med/surg.

  4. 3 Questions I'm thinking about taking a position with access nurses it would be in a ltc facility in some where southern CA. I have never traveled before. Questions does any one know how access is to work for? does any one know why the demand for ltc placement only seems to be in demand in southern CA, any thing I need to know about this area?   5. Ok I haven't had to do drug math in about 10 yrs, I took a test the other noc there were 53 questions 10 math question my score was 43, I did not get one math question right. HELP I can remember 2 question demerol 75mg/2ml dr has ordered 25 mg ___ml to give? heprin 100,000u in 500ml of fl to give 100units qhr and tubing gtt factor is 10? can anyone tell me the formula to use for these? I have the formula some where but I've put it up so good I can't find You all ahve been very helpful in the past and so I thank you for your help now.
