bham104 - PLU has offered me a waitlist position, however the likelyhood of being accepted is VERY rare. And yes, I am upset, because they prefer PLU students versus transfers when it comes to acceptance.

Congrats! I have heard that they are strictly GPA based, so HORRAY! Were you accepted to both PLU and UW, but decided not to take that route?

mattsgirl- do you think that all of the accepted applicants were notified then? leaving the rest with letters of rejections that will be sent out next week?

Thanks for all the support..however, I have heard NOTHING, NADA... For those of you who found out, do you know if they have sent out all notifications??? Did you just get phone calls from the director? Any emails? Letters? Please let me know what to look forward too? If you don't mind me asking..what were your GPAs?

Did anyone else hear back from PLU about admissions into their Basic BSN program for Fall 2008 & Spring 2009?

AHHHHHHHH for me. But CONGRATS for you!! I assume that they have already made up their minds, and personally called each admit... student. Were you close to a 4.0 student?

So ALL admits got a call? WOW.. thats a little depressing for me, I havent heard a thing from PLU! Do you know they have already notified all of their admits by now? A.M., did send an email about giving her updated transcripts, which did not apply to me, considering all of my pre-reqs were completed by the deadline. If you don't mind sharing, what was your gpa? stumillardkm/Kristina, Thank you for the advice!! I was wondering prior to applying to the BSN program, were you already a PLU student or a transfer student? Do you know if PLU Nursing has a preference in selecting their students? Also, if you don't mind sharing, what was your pre-reqs grade point average? Did you receive notifications in LATE April or EARLY April? I have been told "in April," and "late April." It would just be nice to know in advance. Thanks for answering *all these pestering questions, as you can tell, I'm anxiously waiting to hear back! Once again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

JuJu_Bean, When you found out about acceptance, did you receive a large packet or just a standard letter envelope? Thanks. Ughh... 1 month left until I find out! So stressful.
