what is considered difficult question
I don't know, but I had some 2 step questions that were killer. 2 Step being that there are 2 different parts to the question and you have to be able to know both parts to get it right. For example... a pt has a "x" disorder which drug from the following has the correct side effect for what this pt is taking. So, not only would you have to filter out the drugs that is not related to the disorder, but then you have to know the correct side effect for the possible drugs left. This is where you want to take the bat and hit the computer!

Anyone else waiting for results in CA?
It's ridiculous that they only have 2 people working in the dept of NCLEX results for all of CA! Heck if they can't afford another employee I'm sure they could find many people who would be willing to volunteer their time to help with their burden! A person really shouldn't have to wait more than 2 weeks especially with the way the economy is going these days. At least give quick results...

I took mine 3/31 and I am still wondering why the board for CA LVNs takes this long compared to every other board in the nation! I graduated back in Dec, my school took a month to send our papers, the board took 2 months to process them, I took 2 weeks extra to study and now I have to wait almost a month and a half to find out if I passed? Then I have to send back the money and wait another half a month or more just to get the license? Might as well have just went into an RN program at this rate! Unbelievable!

NCLEX appointments in California
I've heard that it can take up to 3 months to get an appointment to take your NCLEX in California, does anyone know if this is true and if so are there any ways around this? I personally can't imagine having to wait 3 months after I graduate to take the NCLEX.
