  1. I am currently an RN in the state of Florida and would like to obtain my Texas license to travel there. Im married and am expecting a baby. well here is my situation. it asked if i was ever in jail or diagnosed with mental disorder. well i have been to jail but it was bogus and the case was completely dropped. there was nothing to prosecute. then to make matters worse my wife and i got into an argument and when i was talking to a psychiatrist and venting he diagnosed me with Anti-Social Personality disorder (which i do not have) and am currently in the process of removing it. no mental treatment was needed i am very profecient at my job and get good reviews from my Charge and Nurse manager. when i apply for my license will it show that i was in jail but no charges were every filed and will that diagnosis show? it shouldnt? shouldnt it? since it never went to court and the other is protected by HIPA right? should i just check no on both of those boxes when applying?
