Thanks for the reply batmik. Some of the units we are looking at have a seperately controlled fluid department so that might address the issue. I glad you responded though because we did not know of that issue. Do you happen to know the brand of unit you are using and it a good unit otherwise? Thanks Again, Scott
Hi Guys! My wife and I are both nurses. She is the nursing manager at a local eye surgery center and they are in the market for a large blanket warmer (one that warms fluids also and holds anywhere from 25-40 blankets.) We are hoping that one of you can recommend a brand/model that you have had experience with and like. I know this is an unusual request, but we are at a loss for an objective recommendation and can't think of anyone who would be more qualified to offer assistance than other nurses. I had 118 and just found out Thurs. that I passed!!! A fellow studen of ours had the full amount (I believe 225), and he did not pass. I haven't heard of anyone getting under 125 and not passing, but the NCLEX gods say that the number isn't a good indication (yeah right). Anyway, good luck! :)
