I would love to hear the experience of a UK nurse who has come to the US to work. If anyone could take the time to answer a couple of my questions I would really appreciate it! 1. What made you want to come to the US to work? 2. What was the process of coming here like? Frustrations? How was the transition? 3. Do you or did you have a support system in the US to help you adjust? 4. Did you have friends or family working in the States already? 5. What are the differences of working in a US hospital vs. a UK hospital? 6. Are there any good UK websites that you used while living in UK?
