    ok I know I want to be in nurseing but I really don't know if I want to be an RN (medical and surgical nurse) or if I want to be a Certified nursing assistant??? I read that the RN job calls for alot of time like getting called in... but I heard it pays better then the nursing asistant???? But I would rather have a job that I go in from 9-5 because I have a 15 month old and I really don't want to miss anything in the future and I plan on haveing more kids....So does anyone has any addvice on job duties or the pay or anything else that would be help fully??
