  1. Hello Everyone, Can anyone tell me if the Hurst Nclex Review was helping in passing the Nclex-PN? I would like to know the pros as well as the cons. Thank you in advance.
  2. Happy New Year to All, My question is after a client has hip surgery, do you position the client on the affected side or the unaffected side?
  3. :yeah:CONGRADULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! I too failed my Nclex the first time. That was over a year ago. I have not retaken the test yet. I just don't know what to do. I feel like I am suck in a rut. The more information I read, the more I discover I don't know. I get so frustrated. I am going to check out the readytopass website. Can anyone give me there reviews on the Hurst nclex review? I really need some guidance. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
