  1. Yeah, I been classes of very poor quality, where the instructor reads verbatim off the powerpoint slides provided and adds no material of his or her own. I can imagine your situation clearly (how accurately is a different matter) and know it can be frustrating. Hopefully you can find material outside of the class and a willing volunteer, that can makeup for the deficiency of the class.
  2. Thanks for the reply, the problem is that I didn't take a CNA training course and instead have equivalent training. Therefore I have to figure how to take the test alone. Does anyone have any advice or have been in a similar situation.
  3. I've received equivalent training through nursing classes to take the test for CNA certification, but have questions about the process. I'm in California and wondering about where to get the forms to fill out, and locations of testing sites. I'm also been told by other students about becoming a nurse technician instead, but I'll look into that later. Mainly I'm financially stressed, and hoping to put these new skills to work.
