  1. New LNA :) have any advice??

    I finished my LNA course a few weeks ago and I'm starting the LPN program at NE School of Practical Nursing in January. Anyway, my license was finally made official today, thus I am starting the job hunt!! In clinicals the most residents I ever took care of at once was 4, so basically I am pretty nervous about having a list of 10 residents to care for by myself. If anybody has any advice or tricks that will help me get going and get the hang of things faster, please share!! Thanks ahead of time, guys!
