First Test Failed: Pls refer me any critical thinking reference book.
I am in the first semester nursing for Associates degree. We had our first test of this semester and I didnot do good at all. I really studied hard my text book Fundamentals of nursing by Potter and Perry. But still hanging there. Can someone refer me a book where I can practice critical thinking questions related to the book. First semester is more basic with topics like Ethical and Legal part, Physiological and psychological condition of clients, etc. I have reviewed few N-CLEX books but they have too much higher level topics which we have not covered at all. So please guide me.

Do Nurses have to work in rotating shifts in almost all the jobs?
Hi !!! I have a quick question. Do nurses have to always work in rotating shifts. I really dont like night shifts, so can i get any job in which they just have two shifts to switch 1st and 2nd shift and not the third one. I did a lot of job search but most of them write with them that they are with rotating nights and stuff. So i am just confused that can i really get a job which does not have a rotating nights in them and if i can get that which is the best field for that. Thank You.

Can somebody answer my questions!!!
Hi, I have started my career in a community college for a ADN degree. But i am really confused if i am doing the right thing because I wanted to do bachelors but it takes four years so i dont want to spend that much time. My question is what is the salary difference and work status difference between the two different degree holders. How much do a Associate degree RN earn ?
