  1. I have an acquaintance who is a CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist). I have studied the career and have determined that it is what I want to do. Here's the problem. I am currently a high school foreign language teacher. I've only taken Anatomy and Micro. According to my friend I would need to go back and get my BSN, work in critical care for 1 year and then I could apply to anesthetist masters programs. Do you think this is feasible? I don't want to lose my income, but I am willing to if it is required of me. Would most schools require me to simply complete the BSN requirements since I have a BA already? Thanks for the help.
