hi, im in desperate need of everyones help and opinion, ive been taking the l.v.n course in california at a private/vocational school, im 3 weeks from completeing 3 out of 4 levels of the course, with 3 finals in the next 3 weeks; with that being said, i went to class on monday like i always do, and before class started my teacher pulled me to the side to sign some loan/finacial aid papers for the new year, and after i signed them and went to leave the office, my teacher told me she was terminating me, that i would not be able to move onto the next level. i yelled and was like, what? and was shocked, she handed me a letter instead of talking to me or explaing why. i couldnt even focus on the words let alone try and read some letter explaing why they wanted to drop me i was so mad and shocked, so i asked her to explain it to me, she basically went through her computer briefly and showed me a few grades all ranging from 73%-79% and i was like ok, and what are you trying to say? and she said that i was at a 74% and needed to be at 80% to move onto the next level, which i found out after enrolling in the school and had already started school.... anyways what im trying to get at is, the level wasnt even over, i had 3 finals in the next 3 weeks where i could've easily raised the 74% to there 80% requirements, so i feel completely robbed, ive been doing this for a year, 5 days week, neverending, non stop and to have them tell me 3 weeks before the nevel is over, that i cant go on when i still had time in that level to improve my g.p.a, just blows my mind! i want to know what the state g.p.a requirements are to be a lvn, because ive already invested 25k in this school for them to tell me that i have to pass with 80% every test and level to move on, but they dont even tell you this till you've already signed the papers and started school. i can understand a score of 80% to exit the course, but not every level and every test!! please help me!!!
