Hi! I am asking this for my husband who is a RN getting ready to apply for CRNA school. He will graduate in May with his BSN. I really hope I am wording this right so bare with me. He initially got his ASN in 2004. He is taking the GRE and CCRN this month. He has a 3.5 or greater GPA accross the board and has worked in ICU for the past 2 years. He just discovered that he has to have completed transcripts to apply to CRNA school. (he thought he could apply before he finished) He has also been told results for the GRE take up to 6 weeks. He is quite discouraged. He is pretty open to go to just about any school. His first choice was Texas Weslyn and that is where he got the information above mentioned. Is there anywhere that would accept his application at this point? What should he do now? He thought he could have everything in by December 1st. Do any schools start in January? We live in Louisiana so if anyone knows of anywhere close that would be great. I realize he should have done more research ahead of time but this is where we are now. Any encouragement would be very much appreciated. He is a really smart guy and a wonderful nurse. I want to help him get the answers he needs and do as much leg work as I can for him. Brittani
