To answer Dianacs question, I want to study Music Therapy. I feel comfortable with getting My RN on the way!!!

Thanks for all of the helpful insight.. I want to become a Nurse, but I love the idea of using music and song to help others. It is my first love. I really think that music Therapy could be considered under HEALTHCARE> But I think it is safe to start with obtaining my RN Degree ,and then branch to Music Therapist. I want too share somehting,.. I was really discouraged a few days ago listening to the bitterness of the Nurses in different Forums. So I was trying to find every other career possible. I have a strong desire to get into the Medical Field, and Sing as well. I think Musical therapy can be the best of my 2 favorite Careers!!! Thanks...PEACE AND BLESSINGS

How does becoming a rehabiliting Nurse connect with Music therapy. I have a strong desire to help people in the healthcare field, and Love to sing. I heard about the Music therapy. What a great combination, do you feel that it is best to pursue Nursing first and then Branch to Music Therapy?
